PEACE-LON VIETNAM CO., LTD

PEACE-LON VIETNAM is the Vietnamese production base of the Heiwa Sangyo Group, which specialises in powder metallurgy technology.
Since its establishment in 1961, the Group has been manufacturing sintered components for various motors and mechanical parts, primarily sintered oil-impregnated bearings, for the automotive, motorcycle, home appliance, fan motor, robotics and medical equipment sectors.

At our Vietnam plant, we will utilise the technology, quality control and production know-how cultivated at our Japanese and Chinese sites to serve as a new production base in Southeast Asia, contributing to our customers’ local procurement, supply chain diversification and improved cost competitiveness.

Our main product range includes sintered oil-impregnated bearings, sintered mechanical components, gears, pulleys and various small sintered parts.
Powder metallurgy is a manufacturing process in which metal powders are moulded and sintered to form products. Compared to machining, it results in less material waste and offers superior dimensional stability during mass production, making it suitable for small, precision and mass-produced parts. Furthermore, as the oil-impregnation process imparts self-lubricating properties, it is well-suited for bearing components used in motors and rotating mechanisms.

Our group’s strengths lie in the mass production technology in powder metallurgy accumulated over many years, and our expertise in designing materials, shapes and processes tailored to specific applications.
In particular, our sintered oil-impregnated bearings for motors have a proven track record of adoption across a wide range of fields, including household appliances, automobiles, fan motors and precision equipment. We specialise in small components and are able to offer proposals that prioritise a balance between stable mass production quality and cost.

At PEACE-LON VIETNAM, we work in close collaboration with our Japanese headquarters to provide comprehensive support from prototype development through to the launch of mass production.
We have established a system across the entire group to provide support covering feasibility studies for new parts, drawing verification, material selection, prototyping, transition to mass production, and quality control. As we are able to communicate in Japanese, Japanese companies considering local procurement in Vietnam can consult with us with confidence.

Furthermore, for customers with production bases in Vietnam and the ASEAN region, we believe we can contribute to reducing lead times, cutting transport costs, mitigating exchange rate risks and supporting business continuity planning (BCP) through local production and supply.
In addition to sourcing from China and Japan, we offer a new option for powder metallurgy components to customers seeking local suppliers in Vietnam.

“Is it possible to convert the machined parts we currently use into sintered parts?”
“I would like to source sintered oil-impregnated bearings in Vietnam”
“I would like to review the mass production costs for small mechanical components”
“I am looking for a local production partner in ASEAN that meets Japanese quality standards”

If you have any enquiries of this nature, please do not hesitate to contact us.
PEACE-LON VIETNAM will support your manufacturing operations from Vietnam, utilising the technology and experience of the Heiwa Sangyo Group.
